The Process
Our services are designed to be provided on a highly interactive basis.
First, we send you our custom designed questionnaire, which has been developed over the last 5 years we have been preparing resumes, to help us to provide you a product that is no only functional, but reflects at least some of your unique personality and talent. We consider this absolutely critical to helping you not only find a job, but helping you to find the right job for you.
After you return the questionnaire, we get right to work developing a resume and cover letter to suit your needs. This process usually takes about 48-72 hours to complete and is sometimes complimented by an email or phone call if questions arise while developing a draft for your review. When we send you the draft, please, make comments and provide us with your comments and concerns. We want you to be pleased and we are not sensitive to criticism.
After you return your draft to us, with comments we will get back to work right away, integrating your changes and concerns into the final product. It is not at all uncommon at this point to receive a follow-up email or call from our staff to make sure we “get it right.” Usually this process takes another 48 hours or so. We would rather get it right than get it fast – but if you have a deadline, tell us and we will work with you.
At this point we normally send you a final draft for review. Again, if you have a concern – tell us, we want you to be happy, you are the boss. We will make changes and revisions until you are pleased. If, however, you like the product, tell us, and we will email you the final resume and cover letter for your use. We will also archive your resume on our server in case you lose it or need a new copy.
Remember, we back our product with a full money back guarantee. We want you to have a resume you are very pleased with. If you are not happy for any reason, tell us and we will issue a full refund of your money right to you. We do not want your money unless you feel we earned it!
